Son of John and Emme Magnuson, Saint John, New Brunswick. He was single and worked at Lantic Sugar Refinery. He was the brother of Commander N.J. Magnusson, Mr. Harvey Pulford, Hilda, Ruth, Sgt AA Magnusson and Mrs. Laurance Currie. He enjoyed sports and played baseball, softball and swimming.
