Born in Glengarry Ontario on Feb. 2nd 1875. Thomas enlisted into the C.E.F. at Montreal Quebec on March 22nd 1916, he listed prior military service of 1 year with the 59th Regt. Canadian Militia, he listed his occupation as "Lumber Jack"  Thomas died at Vancouver BC on April 11th 1920 at the age of 45.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
