  • Grave marker– Photo of the 2 grave stones of 102429 & 761294 Pvt. William Staley who served with both the 67th Battn. & 121st Battn. C.E.F.  Born in Sheffield England on April 21st 1876. Husband to Mary Staley of Vancouver BC.  William first enlisted into the C.E.F. with the 67th Battn. at Vancouver BC on Aug. 31st 1915 but was discharged after 6 momths service.  He re-enlisted with the 121st Battn. C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on May 30th 1916 listing his occupation as "Mason & Plumber"  William died at Vancouver BC on March 8th 1920 at the age of 46.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
