Location:

Barlin is a village about 11 kilometres south-west of Bethune on the D188, between the Bethune-Arras and Bethune-St. Pol roads, about 6.5 kilometres south-east of Bruay. The BARLIN COMMUNAL CEMETERY and EXTENSION lie to the north of the village on the D171 road to Houchin.

  • Roll of Honour– Canadian National Railways - World War One Roll of Honour. Spr. Mary Hubert Hawkes enlisted in April 1915 in Saint John, New Brunswick. He described his occupation on his military attestation form as a Freight Clerk. He had previous experience with the 73rd Cadets. Hawkes was born in Chatham, New Brunswick.  In honoured memory.
