Christmas for the Kids!

Transcript
This was before Christmas, like I say I had nothing much to do. So my one buddy that I had over there and on the weekend we went for a drive out around through the Turkish area and when we were coming back we went through Kyrenia and we happened to see a nursery, not a nursery but for orphans and they were Greeks and Turks raised up to about fourteen, fifteen years old and we didn't know but it was run by some nurses, eh. So we stopped in there and had a chat with them for a while and I got the idea, “I'm going to run a Christmas party.” So I got all the names and titles of all the kids that were in there right from the little ones right up to the top, sex and age and everything else like that and then I went back and I went all around the guys in the workshop and took a collection for the kids and I figured I got enough and then I took the list and everything down into Nicosia and there was a toy store there. And I got this girl to go with me around through the store and we picked out presents for everyone of those children and paid for and she wrapped them and put their names on them on all those presents. So then the day before Christmas a bunch of us guys took a projector and everything else and we went out there to put the show on for the kids and give them their presents and that.
