Description
That’s a wrap on our Journey Across Canada! The combat boots began their train journey in Vancouver and travelled over 5000 km to 17 different communities from coast to coast ending in Halifax, where many soldiers sailed across the Atlantic to join our Allies bravely fighting for freedom in Europe. Thank you to everyone who joined us along the way and helped commemorate the Canadians who sacrificed so much to defend peace and freedom during the Second World War.
