Ce souvenir de la Grande Guerre (Première Guerre mondiale) a été présenté par les officiers anciens et actuels du Royal Canadian Regiment à la mémoire de leurs camarades tombés au combat pendant la Grande Guerre (1914-1918). Il a été présenté au Royal Canadian Regiment à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse, peu de temps après le retour du Regiment au Canada en 1919.

THE ROYAL CANADIAN REGIMENT

The Regiment, throughout the years,
has been presented with a number of
memorials to commemorate historic and
significant events in The Regiment's
history. The following five sterling
silver memorials in these cases pay
tribute to members of The Regiment
who served in the North-West Rebellion
(1885), the Boer War (1899 - 1902),
the First World War (1914 - 1918), the
Second World War (1939 - 1945),
and the Korean War (1950 - 1953).
