Le 28 décembre 1919, une plaque commémorative en bronze a été dédiée à la mémoire des 265 soldats et infirmières de la congrégation qui ont servi pendant la Première Guerre mondiale lpar e révérend James Fielding Sweeny, évêque de Toronto, a été dévoilé par le commandant du Corps d’armée canadien Sir Arthur Currie. L’église de l’Épiphanie était située au 1515, rue Queen Ouest jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit vendue le 11 juin 1983 à Our Lady of Lebanon Parish.

The Window and Oak Panelling in the Chancel and this Tablet have been erected by the Congregation to perpetuate
the memory of 265 Soldiers and Nurses from the Church of the Epiphany: whose names are given above and who enlisted for service in
defence of the Empire in the Great War of 1914-1919: forty-one of whom laid down their lives in the cause of Freedom, Righteousness and Humanity.
