Remembrance Day Commentaries

We get together, those that are left, and we remember the things that we did. And just as you said, we remember the fellows that went down. We try to picture it as it was. As I said before, they seem like they really haven’t gone anywhere, you know. They’re just out of our life for this time or they’re resting. But there was so much of it at one time that they’re still there. And I think that’s the way most of the boys look at it.
