Interviewer: During the time that you were in Canton Prison, did you receive any Red Cross parcels?
No.
Interviewer: Did you receive any mail from Canada?
No.
Interviewer: Do you recall, with the diet that you were receiving and the conditions that you were living under, do you recall how much you weighed during that period of time?
Well, I went down to a hundred pounds, you know, I was maybe a hundred and eighty odd pounds when I was, was my normal weight, but I was down to about a hundred pounds.
Interviewer: At Canton Prison?
Yeah.
Interviewer: You stayed at Canton Prison until the end of the war?
Yes.
