Major General C. S. L. Hertzberg's orders, decorations and medals, on permanent display at the Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto. At the left is Hertzberg's insignia of a Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB). At the right are his mounted decorations and medals, which (left to right) are: the Military Cross (MC), British War Medal, Victory Medal, 1939-45 Star, Italy Star, Defence Medal, Canadian Volunteer Service Medal (with Overseas Service Bar), War Medal 1939-45, King George VI Coronation Medal, Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers' Decoration (VD), and Czechoslovak War Cross 1918. CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE DELHI Inde
Le CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE DELHI est à environ 11 kilomètres de New Delhi, à la périphérie est du cantonnement de Delhi. Il occupe un terrain plat rectangulaire à côté du cimetière du cantonnement actuel. Il possède une entrée imposante de pierre grise de Dholpur dans laquelle se trouve une partie du monument double dédié aux 25 000 hommes de l'armée de terre et de l'air de l'Inde avant la sécession qui sont morts durant la guerre de 1939-1945 alors qu'ils étaient en service dans les zones non opérationnelles.
Lorsque vous visitez le CIMETIÈRE DE GUERRE DE DELHI, de New Delhi dirigez vous vers le cantonnement de Delhi en empruntant le chemin Sardar Patel jusqu'au rond-point de Dhaula Kuan, puis continuez le long de la route périphérique jusqu'à la place Brar en traversant le passage à niveau et en continuant pendant un kilomètre le long du chemin du cimetière. Le cimetière se trouve à la droite.
La première enseigne de la Commission des sépultures de guerre du Commonwealth se trouve au rond-point de Dhaula Kuan et la deuxième, sur la place Brar juste avant le passage à niveau.
