Lieutenant Edward Arthur Finn
Lt. Edward Arthur Finn's name was included on the Merchants Bank of Canada 1914 - 1918 Roll of Honour. He volunteered to serve early in the war and signed his military attestation on September 24th, 1914 at Valcartier Camp, Quebec. He was a member of the historic First Canadian Contingent. He indicated on his military attestation that his next-of-kin contact was his sister, Miss Mabel Finn, and that she could be reached at the Merchants Bank in Edmonton, Alberta. Lt. Finn also wrote on his military attestation that he had been a Bank Manager. Source: The Standard / Canada's Aid to the Allies and Peace Memorial. Edited by Frederick Yorston. Published by the Montreal Standard Publishing Co., Ltd., Montreal. This large Souvenir Edition magazine included the Rolls of Honour for various prominent Canadian businesses.

CIMETIÈRE BRITANNIQUE DE CAIX Somme, France
Le village de Caix est situé à 28 kilomètres environ au sud-est d'Amiens, à mi-chemin entre la route d'Amiens à Saint-Quentin (N29) et la route d'Amiens à Roye (D934). Le cimetière se trouve au sud du village.
À partir du centre du village, sur la route principale (D28) en direction de Beaucourt-en-Santerre, tournez à gauche pour prendre la route D41 en direction de Le Quesnel. À quelque 200 mètres plus loin sur cette route se trouvent le cimetière communal local et le premier panneau de la Commission des sépultures de guerre du Commonwealth. Tournez à gauche juste avant le cimetière local et suivez la petite route. Le cimetière britannique est à droite.
