Welcome and land acknowledgement
The VAC co-chair welcomed members and delivered land acknowledgments.
The co-chairs outlined the process for reviewing and voting on the 11 recommendations.
Discussion and voting on proposed recommendations
The VAC Co-chair presented each recommendation for review and members provided feedback.
Following discussion, members voted on the recommendations by show of hands. 10 of the 11 recommendations were approved, with one recommendation deferred for further refinmement and will be circulated by email for a secretarial vote once revised.
Closing remarks
The member co-chairs thanked everyone for their dedication and efforts in developing these recommendations, as well as their collaboration to review and approve the recommendations in the meeting.
The VAC co-chair also thanked members for their attendance and participation in the meeting.
