Mr. MacIsaac was a Merchant Seaman who served in the Second World War. He spent many hours at meetings assisting in negotiations to obtain benefits for Merchant Seamen. Mr. MacIsaac is also President of the Toronto Branch of the League of Merchant Mariners of Canada. He actively speaks to school children and is a committed member of The Royal Canadian Legion.
