Mr. Homer served in the Naval Reserve. He has been an active member of The Royal Canadian Legion for 48 years and has served on the Executive for the past 20 years. Mr. Homer is the Service Officer of Branch 17, North Shore Poppy Campaign Chairman, and for over 20 years, he has been the Branch's Funeral Service Chair and Speaker. Mr. Homer regularly visits Veterans residing at the Campbellton Hospital. His enthusiasm and dedication over the years has ensured an exemplary level of service provided to members of his Branch.
