Captain (Reverend) Christopher Hill

Captain (Reverend) Hill is currently Chaplain with the Canadian Forces in Gagetown. Captain Hill served as a paramedic during his studies and was awarded a commendation for Bravery by the Governor General. In 1999, Captain Hill joined The Royal Canadian Legion and immediately assumed the role of Chaplain of Branch 544. In 2000, he was elected as President of his Branch for his continued support and work for Veterans. Captain Hill has organized several fundraisers and all were successful in raising funds for numerous projects such as the Williamstown Cenotaph Restoration project, a community van to transport Veterans and other seniors to medical appointments and other outings. A tireless supporter of Veterans and commemoration, he was involved in raising funds for the restoration of the Lancaster Cenotaph while living in Ontario. Captain Hill also assisted in fundraising for the local cadet corps in that community.
