Ms. Beck is a member of The Royal Canadian Legion (RCL), and for almost 30 years she has been actively involved in assisting Veterans, their spouses and the needy. She has volunteered as the Secretary of the Calgary United Veterans Association for the past 10 years. She has served on local and provincial Veterans’ committees in secretarial positions. Ms. Beck is a volunteer driver who transports young athletes that participate in the RCL’s Annual Track and Field Training Camp in Calgary from the airport or bus station to the event venue. During the Annual Track and Field Training Camp, she volunteers for the entirety of the event. Ms. Beck assists in the preparation and serving of meals with the Ladies Auxiliary to Veterans at luncheons and dinners.
