Mr. Labelle is a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran with 38 years of service. In 2011, he founded the Veterans UN-NATO group in the Laurentian region. Mr. Labelle has since established weekly meetings, and has created an annual calendar of events/activities for Veterans and their families. An active participant in the annual Poppy Campaign within the local Royal Canadian Legion, he is an important contributing member to the community. Mr. Labelle has dedicated much of his free time to visiting Veterans of the Second World War in his region, offering them assistance in any way he can.
