Mr. Mario Sévigny is a retired member of the Canadian Forces. He is a Service Officer for Royal Canadian Legion Branch 35, in Trois-Rivières. Having served in the military, Mr. Sévigny has a good understanding of the challenges that Veterans face. He is known for working around the clock to assist Veterans. Mr. Sévigny is also a peer support volunteer for the Operational Stress Injury Social Support program, and a peer support volunteer for Veterans UN-NATO Canada. His comrades rely greatly on his dependability and efficiency. He is always looking at other means within his community to assist Veterans, refusing to leave them without a lifeline. Mr. Sévigny assists Veterans in filling out any paperwork and always lends a sympathetic ear to their concerns or worries.
