Mr. Thomas Foulds

Toronto, Ontario

Mr. Foulds is the Advisor, Stakeholder Outreach and G1 Honorary Appointments with 32 Canadian Brigade Group personnel branch at Headquarters in Toronto. He is a member of Royal Canadian Legion (RCL) Branch 165 and has been supporting Veteran activities for more than 30 years in the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Foulds served as deputy chair and chair of the Branch Poppy Fund Committee for nearly a decade, and was responsible for delivering various programs such as the annual Muskoka Camp and Cruise, and the ferry cruise around Toronto Islands for Sunnybrook Veterans. Mr. Foulds is a son of two Second World War Veterans. He attended the 60th anniversary celebration of the Liberation of the Netherlands with his father and siblings. Since that time, he has sponsored a number of meetings and community events.

In preparation for the 70th anniversary commemorative event held in Toronto in 2015, he developed a close working relationship with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ottawa, the Netherlands Consul General in Toronto, and the Dutch-Canadian Association.
