Mr. William Cullum

Mr. Cullum is a retired officer of the Canadian Forces and served with The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Ottawa police force. An enthusiastic and accomplished military historian and public speaker, Mr. Cullum lectures to cadets, service clubs, The Royal Canadian Legion and military collectors clubs. Mr. Cullum has helped to collect and assemble an impressive permanent military display for the Legion and has donated items of military interest to the Royal Canadian Air Force Museum in Trenton, Ontario, the Canadian Parachute Regiment Museum in Petawawa and the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa. Mr. Cullum is a specialist on military medals and has offered his medal services to senior government officials and foreign dignitaries. He also offers free medal mounting to Veterans at the request of Veterans Affairs Canada. For more than 30 years, Mr. Cullum has been heavily involved volunteering with the Air Cadet movement in Ottawa and is a retired Cadet Officer with the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corp Maritime Command. For a number of years, he has been working on a book about Air Cadets in Canada. Mr. Cullum is a member of the Order of Military Merit, a Commander of the Order of St. John and has received the Canadian Forces Decoration.
