Mr. St-Germain is a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran. In 2010, he joined the group Veterans UN-NATO Canada and has continually demonstrated his dedication to supporting Veterans. As past vice-president and president, Mr. St-Germain has worked tirelessly to create awareness and develop national recognition of Veterans UN-NATO Canada. His initiatives have allowed the organization to establish strong ties with the Royal Canadian Legion and reinforce lines of communication between them. Through his work, Mr. St-Germain has also helped many Veterans in need, encouraging them to seek help from the Operational Stress Injury Social Support program. Mr. St-Germain has participated in a number of round tables, including a Veterans Affairs Canada’s Stakeholder Committee meeting in February 2012 and meetings with the Minister of Veterans Affairs. Currently, Mr. St-Germain is Honourary President of Veterans UN-NATO Canada, with a personal mission of improving services offered to modern-day Veterans.
