Robin Bull Wellheiser

Mrs. Robin Bull Wellheiser is part of a family with a long military history. Her interest in military history has led her to become involved in several military-related activities. She is a member of the Civil War Association, which is involved with re-enactments of the War’s famous battles. She also played a part in the re-enactment of the War of 1812, something she took great pride in. Mrs. Wellheiser has been an associate member of the Canadian Airborne Forces Association Branch 4 for the last six years. She has held the position of treasurer and secretary for the branch for four years. She also helps with the Entertainment Committee. For the past ten years, Mrs. Wellheiser has volunteered her time by selling poppies in the lead up to Remembrance Day. She has also lent a hand by carrying a flag in the Colour Party on many occasions, when needed, and has marched and been a wreath bearer for Remembrance Day ceremonies. Mrs. Wellheiser has also been involved, along with her husband, in collecting and delivering memorabilia to a museum in Nervesa, Italy for the Canadian display area. For ten years, Mrs. Wellheiser has also assisted her husband with the technological side of his presentations and never hesitates to talk with students about Canada’s military past.
