Mr. Drouillard is a Veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. He is a member of the NATO Veterans Association and an active member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #34. He has previously held the positions of 1st, 2nd and 3rd vice president and sergeant at arms. For the past three years, Mr. Drouillard has been President of his Branch. Thanks to his perseverance and many initiatives, the Branch has remained financially stable. With cooperation from Veterans Affairs Canada, Parks Canada and the City of Chambly and through his leadership, he initiated a project that led to the successful unveiling of a bronze plaque commemorating fallen Veterans who live in the community. Mr. Drouillard volunteers locally with the annual Remembrance Day ceremony, Canada Day celebrations and volunteers as well at the Leadership School in St Jean sur Richelieu.
