Ms. Anne Lynch has contributed to the care and well-being of Veterans for the past 50 years as a volunteer with her church and as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Through the organizations she helps, Mrs. Lynch has fundraised tens of thousands of dollars to help Canadian Veterans with social support, financial assistance, and medical support and aids. She has also assisted Veterans with moving, logistical and financial support. She drives Veterans to appointments or just simply to get them out of the house to have a coffee and socialize. She has also volunteered to hold positions within the Legion, helping to ensure the Legion’s mandate is upheld and its mission to provide Veterans with resources and support is respected.
Through her church, she offers community support for Veterans and their families, advocates on behalf of Veterans, and volunteers for fundraising efforts throughout the Calgary area to help those in need.
