Veterans Affairs Canada National Survey
Just over 1500 Veterans, CAF/RCMP members and survivors, participated in the VAC National Survey 2017.

81% of the veterans surveyed are satisfied with the quality of services delivered
Some of the survey's highlights include:
- 92% were satisfied with their Veterans Independence Program Services
- 88% of the veterans surveyed found VAC's letters clear adn easy to understand
- 84% indicated they are satisfied with the Treatment Benefits Program
- 80% have developed productive working relationships with their case managers
- 72% of veterans surveyed said VAC employees went beyond expectations
