My name is Jim Lowther, I’m the President, CEO and co-founder of VETS Canada, Veterans Emergency Transition Services. , we help homeless and in-crisis veterans. So, anywhere from, you know, completely preventing homelessness, to helping veterans who are struggling; suffering on the streets. We take them out of homelessness. Homeless veterans, I mean, when someone joins the military, they’re fit as a fiddle, you know; so a lot of times, they become… you know, because of their service, they might become homeless, you know, like, because the mental or physical disabilities -- when they get out of the military they’re not quite ready when there’s not, you know, financially, they’re not ready. So, it’s usually things like that. It’s… it’s... but a lot of times, we find it’s directly because of their service.
