The Grave of 463350 Armourer Sgt. Wilson Platten who served with the 62nd Battn. C.E.F. Born in the town of West Stanley in Durhan England on Sept. 14th 1876. Husband of Elizabeth Platten of Vancouver BC. Wilson enlisted into the C.E.F. at Camp Vernon BC on Aug. 24th 1915 listing his occupation as "Carpenter" Wilson died at Vancouver BC on Aug. 29th 1920 at the age of 43. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
