Page 729 of 1140. He was buried in Caix (Old) British Cemetery located 8 ¼ miles North East of Moreuil. After the Armistice his body, and those of 119 other soldiers who fell in August 1918 who were buried there, were exhumed and re-interred in Caix British Cemetery (called at first Caix New British Cemetery). -
