Newspaper clipping
Obituary of Pte. Alfred Ernest Davis (born Aurora Ont.) from the Toronto Daily Star July 30/1915. Caption on photo and in article is incorrect. It uses Pte. Davis' late father's name. Newpaper clipping has been kept by family for almost 100 years now and is treasured memento of his sacrifice. His name is also engraved on the cenotaph on Yonge St. in Aurora. -
Group Photo
