Husband of Mrs. Louise King of Bell Island, Conception Bay, Newfoundland.

 

In February 1918, the sailing schooner Moran was en route from St. John's, Newfoundland, to Barbados when she was abandoned by her crew. The cause and place of Rowe's death are not known, but it occurred between 1 and 28 February 1918.
