Donald Scott was a student at the Galt Aircraft School which offered six month courses for aircraft electricians and aero-engine, airframe and instrument mechanics when he joined the RCAF. -
Letter
RCAF letter written to father in 1952. By this time, the parents knew that they had lost both their sons while serving in the air force. Donald's younger brother, Kenneth, was killed in Burma on January 12, 1945, only 6-1/2 months after they heard that Donald was lost at sea. They were the only children of Mr. & Mrs. Scott. -
