Who is a Veteran? A Veteran is a person who used to serve in the military but returned to civilian life. Sometimes they are young and sometimes they are older. They don’t wear uniforms every day—you might even know a Veteran without realizing it! A relative, neighbour, teacher or friend could be a Veteran.
