Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 166. Page 265 of 818. Private Cook was initially buried 1 mile North East of Courcelette, 4 1/4 miles South West of Bapaume. His body was exhumed and re-interred in Adanac Military Cemetery, which was made after the Armistice, when soldiers' remains were brought in from the Canadian battlefields around Courcelette and small cemeteries surrounding Miraumont.

ADANAC MILITARY CEMETERY Somme, France
Miraumont is a village about 14.5 kilometres north-north-east of Albert and the Cemetery is some 3 kilometres south of the village on the east side of the road to Courcelette (D107). The ADANAC MILITARY CEMETERY is signposted in the centre of Miraumont.
