Born at Murray's Harbour P.E.I. on Jan. 4th 1892, he enlisted into the C.E.F. at Camp Vernon BC on Sept. 1st 1915, he listed prior military service with the 6th D.C.O.R (Militia) he listed his occupation as "Painter" Howard died at Vancouver BC on May 7th 1921 at the age of 29. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC. -
