Grave of 760880 Pvt/Drummer John Russell Snow who served in the 121st Battn. C.E.F. Born in Vancouver BC on March 31st 1900, he enlisted into the C.E.F. Underage listing his D.O.B. as Mar. 31st 1897 at South Vancouver BC on Jan. 18th 1916. (He was only 15 at the time) He listed his occupation as Clerk. The truth of his age was found out in 1917 and he was listed as a Company Drummer until he was 18 years age. He died at Vancouver BC on Feb. 5th 1918 at the age of 17. He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC. There are two mistakes on his grave stone He died Feb. 5th 1918 (Not 1919) and her served with the 121st Battn. (Not 102nd) -
