Inscription to the memory of Sergeant JOHN MACKAY on the family grave marker in the St. Davids-Queenston, United Church Cemetery in St. Davids, Ontario . He contracted tuberculosis at Vimy Ridge and died in Victoria Hospital. London, Ontario. His grave is in the same cemetery as his parents.
