Page 607 of 1036. Sapper Demery apparently died while a prisoner of war and was buried in Poppelladorfer Friendhof, Bonn, Germany. The bodies of 55 Commonwealth casualties, 50 of which were prisoners of war, brought back from Germany by the Canadian Corps in April 1919 and reburied in BRUSSELS TOWN CEMETERY.
