Plaque of brown wood, lettering is in gold. At the top there is a union jack and a red ensign flag, at the bottom there is a maple leaf. This plaque hung in the Second Baptist Church of Lutes Mountain (Lutes Mountain United Baptist Church) and currently hangs in the schoolroom of the Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum.
Memorial Inscription:
Marked in gold lettering: "Pupils of Lutes Mt. School erected this tablet in memory of Fellow Pupils who were killed in the Great War." Chas. McCallum Thomas Francis Oley Lutes Asail Horsman David Killam Percy Leaman George Leaman Danl. McPherson Edgar Horsman Bliss Rogers Miller Horsman.

Letter dated July 16, 1918, in the Lutz Mountain Heritage Museum, sets forth the details of death of Bliss Herbert Rogers #2004603: "The above mentioned soldier was killed around Chicago Siding on the Westhoek Road on October 7, 1917. He was killed instantaneously by a fragment from a German shell. Bliss Herbert Rogers (!876-1917) was the son of George and Elizabeth Rogers, Berry's Mills, Westmorland County, New Brunswick and died during World War I

LA CLYTTE MILITARY CEMETERY Belgium
LA CLYTTE MILITARY CEMETERY is located 8 Km west of Ieper town centre on the N304 Klijtseweg, a road leading from the N375 Dikkebuseweg, connecting Ieper to Dikkebus, Klijte and on to Loker.
From Ieper town centre the Dikkebusseweg (N375) is located via Elverdingsestraat, straight over a roundabout onto J.Capronstraat (for 30 metres), then left along M.Fochlaan. Immediately after the train station, the first right hand turning is the Dikkebusseweg.
7 Km along the Dikkebuseweg lies the village of Klijte and the right hand turning at the roundabout just before the village leads onto the N304 Klijtseweg. LA CLYTTE MILITARY CEMETERY lies 100 metres after this right hand turning on the left hand side of the road.
