Bible (inside cover)
Inside cover of Private N.D. Wight's bible. As you can see, this bible is dedicated to Norman Wight (my great uncle) by Annabelle Wight on the right hand side. And on the left hand it is dedicated to my father Norman Wight by my grandmother. My father was born on January 2, 1917, and was given this bible when he went to serve with the West Nova Scotia Regiment during the Second World War. My father gave it to me, when I joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1980. I am currently with 416 Squadron, Cold Lake, Alberta. -
