Pte. Alexander Craig was born on February 21st, 1891, in Glasgow, Scotland. He signed his military attestation for the 134th Battalion CEF (48th Highlanders) at the Toronto Recruiting Depot on January 18th, 1916. His brother, William Craig, was listed as next-of-kin. He indicated on his attestation that he worked as a gas maker. -
