His full name is Edward James Joseph Fever.

 

Son of Mr. Fever, of Rushoon. Placentia, Newfoundland.

On March 27, 1918, after leaving the port of Santa Polo, Spain, this sailing ship was attacked, boarded and scuttled by a German U-boat team from U-155 and sunk 450 miles (724 km) northwest of Lisbon, Portugal, position 38°54'N/18°24'W. Five sailors lost their lives.
