Burial/memorial information

Additional information
Son of Joseph Riendeau and Éveline Métras (deceased in 1906 his father remarried to Emma Bourdon in 1909), of St-Rémi-de-Napierville and Montréal, Québec. He stated being born in St-Rémi when he enlisted; a typo in the transcription of his year of birth introduced error in his commemorative documents. His brother Henri (service number 121749) also served with the 22nd Battalion.
