William John Findlay (age 26) was born in Torn Hill, Ontario, Canada. He was killed in action during Operation Jubilee (Dieppe Raid). His body washed ashore near De Panne, Belgium on September 16, 1942. He was temporary buried in De Panne with several other Canadians. https://commonwealth-adegem.com/findlay-william-john -
