Reginald was a member of the RAF Volunteer Reserve like Douglas Munroe Grant who is also commemorated on this site. Reginald was a member of the 608 Squadron while Douglas was with the 103 Squadron. Both men died within exactly one month of each other. Both were 21 years of age.

EL ALIA CEMETERY Algeria
EL ALIA Cemetery lies 13 kilometres south-east of Algiers on the road to El Harrash and is situated within a large civilian cemetery. The cemetery gates are never locked and access is available at all times.
It is regretted that it is not possible to keep a copy of the register in this cemetery. Assistance may be obtained from staff when they are present and a copy of the register is available for consultation in the toolshed.
