Son of Joseph Kenny, and Josephine E. Kenny, of Woodstock, Ontario. Able Seaman Kenney was survived his brothers, John who served in the Navy, Clement who served in the Air Force and William. Able Seaman Kenny is also commemorated on the Cenotaph in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada.
