Constable Arnold was a farmer from Georgia, USA. He served as a scout in the United States Cavalry before enlisting with the NWMP. He died in the 1885 Rebellion and was given the North West Canada Medal (1885). His medal is placed at the museum in Regina. Constable Arnold is buried in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
