From Newspaper Article, October 1945 PRESUMED DEAD "Sgt. Arthur John (Archie) Power, 26, son of Mrs. Jennie Power, 654 Nelson street, has been reported presumed killed in action in Germany. He was reported missing in action last February 26. He enlisted with the First Hussars in London in 1939, and went overseas at the beginning of 1941, serving on several battlefronts, including Sicily, Italy, France and Germany. He attended Chesley Avenue School there." -
