Son of Mr. and Mrs. Zachariah and the late Marie Veraneau, of Rainy Lake; husband of Frances Veraneau, and father of Albert George of Fort Frances, Ontario. He was the brother of Alfred George, Roy Patrick, Ernest Joseph, Rebecca, Georgina, Lillian and Delina.
