This photo of Pvt William James MacIntyre was cropped from the official Army Photo of "D" Company 1st Battalion Royal Regiment of Canada in April 1941 in England prior to Operation Jubilee. Pvt MacIntyre was captured at Puys during that raid and became a POW, contracted TB and was repatriated to Canada in Sept 1944 through the International Red Cross.
